Not true. The iMac's internal processing speed AND its huge hard drive enables
you to download and cache Web material MUCH more quickly. My old modem was the
same speed as the iMac's. But now I BREEZE through my AOL email. With my
previous system, opening each piece of Klarinet mail was a sluggish process.
Not nearly as bad as what Chris reports with his WebTV but annoyingly slow all
the same. The difference with the iMac is extraordinary and now I enjoy ALL of
the Klarinet postings, whereas before I would pick and choose. I'm sure I
missed a lot of tidbits...
