There's a list on Sneezy, but the finest performance I've heard was by t=
he
late Alan Balter at the Clarinet Congress in Richmond, VA several years
ago. I know it was taped, but the phone number on the order form I kept
has been disconnected. Perhaps someone has a copy. It would be worth
hunting down.
