If I have to cancel with less than a full day's notice, I give the student a
free make-up lesson. If I have to cancel with sufficient notice, I schedule
an alternate time for their lesson, which they pay for. (I avoid this as much
as possible, and most parents are very willing to help reschedule.) For last
minute blizzard cancellations, we reschedule a time that is payed for.
