I think I remember once seeing an edition of one of these with the D
clarinet part transposed for A clarinet, but left in the same place,
ie.the A part was stratospheric, high Ds (6 ledger lines) all over. Really
funny to look at (but not contemplate actually playing ;) ). Anyone else
ever seen this?
