It has been interesting to follow this thread for some time now. However =
it has been confined to the US. At least up til 1998 there has not even =
been an Buffet appointed distributor in Sweden. The instruments have =
been directly imported by various companies from Germany. Thus the after =
sales service has been a question for the importer. As far as I can =
understand this is valid for the other countries in Scandinavia as well. =

In the US you have been lucky that mr Kloc since some time is working =
there, obviously doing a very fine job. But how is the situation outside =
the US?

And can mr Kloc as one single technician really cover the whole of US =
which to me is an enormously big country?

What are the other companies doing like LeBlanc, Yamaha and Selmer, or =
are the Buffets the only instruments that need this attention?
