Success is determined by each individual, not by monetary means. I have
already been successful in that I have accomplished what I wanted to do
with mouthpiece facing, etc......that is - provide inexpenseive
mouthpieces that play well to people who want them. Enough people have
purchased them - including people whose playing I respect - to allow me to
feel successful - even if I never made another mouthpiece.

Kanter was successful - but no longer makes them. His success was
determined, in my opinion, by how the mouthpieces work and how they played
- not by how much or how little money he made doing it.

I have no argument with Mark's model regarding economics.
