If the economics support charging $170.00 a mouthpiece, then that's what
gets charged. If the consumer feels that the price is too high for the
quality or performance, then the consumer won't purchase the product.
Mouthpieces are far from a monopoly - so we _do_ have a choice!

If Roger and other makers want to change the current economics, that's
fair (and, in fact, Roger _is_ attempting to change the economics by
selling a rubber mouthpiece for a significantly lower price. Dave Hite &
Clark Fobes both sell excellent mouthpieces for a bit less, but they're
plastic blanks.). Time will tell whether or not Roger's mouthpieces
succeed.
