John:-

Thanks for the come-back. My note to you should have gone direct,
and not through the mailing list. Sorry about that. You will note
however that I am replying via the list. Can't disappoint the
Flamer's [Flammer's?] and Lurker's who wait to strike - some have already -
without knowing the detail's of the query, can we!

I think that only a very small percentage on the list will know about God's
Country, let alone where Prince George is, but I think you understand
my query. I didn't know that there is a Symphony in PG. What's the
population - 25-30K?

So there you have it folk's. All I wanted to know was where this clarinet
player was coming from - couldn't see someone driving 10 hours each
way! BTW, I don't think I inferred that professional's should not play
in
Community Band's........Been There-Done That-Do That....

John, glad that the Legere reed is working for you.I hear good thing's about
them. Nothing new about using "artificial" reed's though.[ The great Bass
Clarinet player Rosario Mazzeo played plastic for year's in Boston.] I have
not tried them yet. I should saddle up and go and see him. He is only
30 minutes from me.

Regard's to all..........

Peter Randell. Toronto. .
