Try a rigid, molded retainer over your teeth. I have that unusual
condition where my lower plate starts bending inwards after some hard
playing. It wrecks my embouchure. So some dentist-types on the list
advised me to use one and it has helped immensely. It's worth a try as it
probably will cost under $100.
