She probably only sounds so good because the person who did the actual
playing for the soundtrack was using a clarinet which went into its case
every night and otherwise always had its cap on when not being played for
longer than five minutes!

But seriously, I have wanted to see that film since a clarinet pupil of mine
told me about it - and that she had seen it four times herself.
