faculty includes members of the Canadian Chamber Ensemble and Toronto
Symphony.

receive individual coaching (10 hours per week) in addition to the dress
rehearsals for concerts.

Friday evening student concerts; Saturday evening student concerts in the
Music Room, K-W Chamber Music Society.

Seminars:
Weekly seminars given by guest lecturers will cover topics such as injury
prevention, rehearsal techniques, and career development.

Application is by audition, either in person or by cassette tape. See our
Web page <www.wlu.ca/~wwwmusic/windfe/html> for further details and
application form (may be filled out and sent on-line). You may also contact
Pauline Minevich (clarinet instructor and Woodwind Co-ordinator)
<pminevic@-----.ca> or Nina Brickman (horn instructor and Woodwind
Co-Ordinator) <nbrickma@-----. This is a very
intensive but rewarding
workshop; many participants return because they have found the experience
has helped immensely with chamber music performance and with working in an
orchestral wind section.
