I know of one tenor player, Bill Holloman, who plays for the Gatlin
Brothers (?) or somebody, among other things, and acts as a clinician and
demonstrator for L.A. Sax. He has an impressive facility in the altissimo
register of the sax, with remarkably good intonation. Can't say how high
he actually goes, though.
