All thesis is publicated, at least in Brazil, for the University's Press.
But it is in portugueses and I realy don't know if I will can translate120
pages.First because my english is poor and, on the way to translate well, I
would have to pay somebody to do that.
But I would send it to somebody in US and the people interested on it would
pay something to translate to english.
