That is as it should be. But, assuming other manufacturers are also
similarly committed, I find it strange that this post-factory service is
such a well-guarded secret. I have been working in the retail music
business, primarily dealing with band instruments and accessories, for
almost 5 years and this is the first I have heard of it!
