It is a misconception that Francois Kloc worked on my instruments because
I know him. That's how I came to know hime - by purchasing an instrument
and asking him to work on it. Buffet/Boosey & Hawkes provides this
service to anyone who purchases a Buffet clarinet as part of the service
associated with the instrument. Just email Francois to find out.
There are no favors occurring here - they care about the people who
purchase the instrument, and they want Buffet users to be happy with their
choice of instruments.
