OK. I'll buy that. Adjustments for the individual player's peculiarities
ARE beyond the factory's responsibility. But then they should
automatically provide the adjustment service for ALL of their buyers, not
just the ones who know Francois Kloc, since they know this problem exists.

Again, I am not making any comment on design. I ASSUME they have that
right. I am only concerned about the consistency of EXECUTION of the design.
