Thanks for all these fascinating posts--especially for Lelia's revelatory
essay, but they've all been an education. Since I'm not a real
mathematician (I just play one on TV), I don't know if the following
comparisons are accurate--but if they are, the thread has gone off track,
however interestingly:

Numerology :: Mathematics
as Astrology :: Astrophysics

If this is accurate, then it would be a mistake to incorporate
numerological investigations into a musical/mathematical equation.

Gotta run--I'm a Gemini with Taurus rising, making it especially dangerous
to be on the Internet on a Saturday the 13th.
