That's exactly what I thought numerology was! Is that different then? I've heard of
people changing their names because of "numerology" and of letters being assigned
numerical values for this reason. I also remember that once my dad, a CPA had
clients who were, I thought, numerologists come to him because of all the 1's and
4's in his telephone number. (For you gemytriists on the list, this is no plug as my
dad has retired! He's gone from gemytria to geriatrica!) However, I don't remember
ever hearing the word gemytria. I thought *all* of this ran under the heading,
"numerology".

I would love to find out what the difference is and what these things are exactly
and then to hear more about what Mozart had to do with it. By the way, I tried 2 to
the 47th (as Mozart did by hand!) on my pocket calculator. It went up to 25th power
before it overloaded. Just think, if Mozart had waited a measely 200 years, he could
have saved himself the trouble of the first 25 calculations!
