The piano bass line of the Op. 11 Adagio turned out fine. I'll fix that up
in
Finale in no time. It consists mainly of quarter and eighth notes.
The treble line is a lost cause because of the 32nd note runs. I can only
speak
about Finale, but the speedy entry option is SO fast on a computer keyboard
that your MIDI importation has to be about 90-95% clean before you save
time over
putting in the notes from scratch using speedy entry. I spent far too much
time
last night trying to work with the imported treble staff and it took me an
hour to
do two pages. Tonight I'll just clear the rest of the treble staff
measures and
use speedy entry to finish the movement.
