For some outdoor work in the fall in Canada,
Plastic is a requirement.

I use a Yamaha outside, and find a decent
wooden barrel makes an enormous difference.
A Caddash 65 mm barrel on the Yamaha
is a dramatic improvement to my ear. Upon
doing play tests for the other musicians of
this set up they think the audible difference
is obvious.
