Subj: [kl] Looking for Suggestions for Travelling Horn
Date: Mon, 8 Feb 1999 18:20:09 -0500

I hope some list members can give me some advice. My husband and I are
beginning to plan a 2-3 week vacation in London, Southern/Western England, and
maybe Wales in late May/early June (dates very tentative). We understand that
the climate may be quite variable in terms of temperature and humidity. Since
we'll be travelling around a lot (by car) -- probably not more than a day or
two or maybe three per city -- I'm very reluctant to take my R-13. However,
having just bought it new, I'm also not too flush with cash. I'm thinking of
buying another horn to take with me when I travel, so that I don't subject the
R-13 to weather variables. Also to take with me when I go walking/strolling
outdoors, picnicking (sp?), etc.

Price range TBD, but not more than $500 or so. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
TIA, Ravel
