Jack, I think is good explaine to the list the diference betwen E-11 and
Evette-Schaeffer models.
Today the E-11 from Buffet is called Evette. What?? I don't know. But the
model Evette-Schaeffer I had when I was a student is a very good horn. For
the truth I had a A and Bb Set and of course it can not be compared to the
R-13 or RC, but I feel it superior to the E-11.
Only to show the quality of the Evette-Schaeffer clarinets I can tell you
that I have played in professional orchestras for two years with one
Evette-Schaeffer in A.
