Short and to the point.

I have a friend that is doing a dissertation on the music of Elliot
Carter. He is having problems finding parts and scores for some of his
music, including his recent clarinet concerto. Is there a publisher he
can get hold of to obtain a copy of the score, preferably in England.
Also who did the European premiere, if there was one?
