Jack,
Practice listening and adjusting. If you can't adjust to sharper notes,
try tuning a little sharper so you can adjust "variations of flat."
Remember that the amount of adjustment you'll need to make on any
particular note will change day to day (or hour to hour); but you may
notice some general trends for specific notes.
