Use your other musical instrument--the one you were born with (and i'll bet
you started using it shortly after that!). Sing! You need good breath
control to do that right, and singing will help you exercise you diaphragm
and maintain some of that breath control. It's obviously not he
same--resistance is very different and all that--but it's better than
moping. Make up a song about how sad you are that you can't play the
clarinet or something. You can make it fun or silly--or even serious if
you want to.
