It's what I paid for my 1*--which is the best mouthpiece that I have ever
played. IMHO, of course--but it is my current preference.

Subject: [kl] Gregory Smith mouthpiece

I have been offered a Gregory Smith mouthpiece made from a Zinner blank. It
has the numbers 729 andwhat looks like 1+ (maybe 7+) written on it.

I realize it is a fine mouthpiece - very difficult to obtain in New
Zealand. The price for it is US$150. Is this a good price, or should I look
around for another mouthpiece. I have been using a Gigliotti for about 15
years now and it is beginning to get a little tired...

Thanks

David Adlam
