The band arrangement of the Poulenc Sonata was done by the newly retired
band director at Texas Tech, where the clar-fest was held two years ago.
I just cannot remember his name!

You might contact the clarinet teacher at Texas Tech,,, gads my mind is
drawing a blank today.
As I recall the Poulenc waw performed at the repeated request of the band
director. The arrangement is decent, but abit heavy. Stick to the piano.
