The internet is a great place. You'll find the original at

I was the individual that took this wonderful piece of work, added a few
things (such as the Bruckner Symphonies things) and posted it to the
American Federation of Musicians BBS in 1995. NZSO grabbed it, added some
other stuff (Bataan etc), and in an Internet tradition worthy of keeping,
gave credit for their source.

FYI, I also posted the Bitcheril thing at NZSO. I was not the original
author of either, just the first pipeline to the fledgling Internet as we
have come to know it. Unfortunately, I did not know the original source
for either. Does anyone out there know?
