Happens to me - the bell on my A will sometimes take two people to get off.
It's much worse in the winter - I have very little problem in the summer. A
trick my teacher showed me is to grab hold of the upper end of the lower
joint, and swing it downwards fast. It cools the tenons off and makes it
much easier to get apart. My sister's bassoon is worse - she and I have a
tug-of-war to get the thing apart every time she plays, no matter how much
she swabs it or greases the joints. She's only been playing a couple of
months, and it's gradually getting easier to get the instrument apart, so I
suspect that the instrument (a school one) hasn't been used for a while, and
the cork has swollen.
