Mr. Ridenour,
On your website you said that your book has more than 200 fingerings
for the last octave of the clarinet. Just curious, how high is exactly
the last octave? Up to the 5th octave G? Also, the book boasts of an
extensive coverage for the upper register of the clarinet. However,
does it cover the lower notes as well? Do you also provide alternate
fingerings for these notes? Finally, how does one go about ordering
your book? Can it be found at standard bookstores like amazon.com or
Barnes and Nobles?
