Since we lived in England for a while, I asked my wife for the English
equivalent of "cobbler" in the USA and she said that would be "crumble".
The combination of strawberry and rhubarb has a fairly high degree of
satisfaction in the USA among those who tolerate rhubarb at all. I have to
admit that raspberry does sound a good choice as well.
