One could look at the NYC environment on a rainy day as a pathetic lack of
civilized humanity--BUT on a good day it could also describe it as an
incredible learning experience that has taught this "green horn" from Georgia,
over the last 17 years, patience, compassion and a deep respect for other
people's space. The painful/sweet lessons taught to me by the sometimes harsh
environs of NYC has given me a "voice" on my clarinet far more sophisticated
than my technique would other wise allow. YOU GOTTA A PROBLEM WITH DAT?? :)
