Oh dear.... I bought an R-13 in the late 80's (when I
re-took-up clarinet), and thought I was getting the *best*,
because a Buffet is what my nemesis (1st chair state) got after
I got a Selmer, and I believe that what I got (IIRC) was a

or at least a series 10 of some sort--(I think* -- don't quote
me--maybe it was a series 9.....), but I remember that the
salesperson was trying to move the previous model, but I told my
parents "no, please get me the best," and they did.

Should I have kept my high school clarinet???? (My mom sold it
to a high school student, in about '74, for about $200.)

Regards,

Vicki
