I have just noticed that the clarinet part in my copy of Rossini's
"Fantasie fur Klarinette oder Violine oder Flote und Klaver" (Eulenburg
Zurich GM211) is dedicated to Dieter Klocker. How can this be? I'm sure
Mr. Klocker is not THAT old to have known Rossini! Is it customary for
EDITORS to dedicate parts to their contemporaries?
