Try "First Book of Practical Studies for the Clarinet" by Nilo Hoevey, pub.
Belwin Mills.

The Hendrickson Method for Clarinet by Clarence V. Hendrickson, pub. by CPP
Belwin is a good supplement to that book, but there is a lot of tonguing
from the outset and the book jumps up to the upper octave too soon and
stays there.

If the school owns a copy of H. Klose, pg. 16 and 17 are excellent for
students of this age level - at slow tempi.

My favorite for a book for first and/or second year public school students
when they first come to me, if you can find it, is the old Carl Fischer
publication for Clarinet called "A Clarinet Method for Grade Schools" by
Paul Vanbodegraven.

There are always the intermediate or beginning Rubank.
