The failure messages are pretty explicit. The 3 most common (condensed
verbage) are:
1) You're not a member and can't post
This happens when the mail address you subscribed with isn't the same
address you have now. Check your From: and Reply-To: addresses on your
mailer and correct them.

2) Your don't have a Subject in your posting
Self-explanatory

3) You have HTML embedded in your posting.
Because many "bad" things can be encoded into HTML and/or the bandwidth to
put them out to everyone is excessive, I've programmed the list server to
reject many forms of HTML, especially binary encodings. Once in a while a
new one crops up, and I add _it_ to the list.
