So far I got it. 'Licorice stick' is a nice name for a clarinet esp.
if you like licorice ;-) (I use this name for my own clarinet often).

But why 'Licolice'?

Only to get in another 'l' or was there no 'r' left?
It seems to me that consonants being out of stock gets rather endemic
lately :_)
