Hi, everyone.
I am going to play Frackenpohl's clarinet ensemble titled
"Licolice Licks" with my friends. But I do not understand
what the title means. It sounds to me just an alliteration.
Or is it a slang?
Could someone here be kind enough to explain the meaning of the
title for a non-native English speaker like me?
And additionally, I would like to know also about the composer.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
TY
