PS, and it does get things at least partly wrong at least some of the time,
or I probably wouldn't be ill either. No offence to any practitioners of
Western medicine or dentistry or anyone else; I don't see how it can get
everything right anyway but it'd be good if it was as helpful as possible.
OK, back to the clarinet stuff.
