This question may seem a bit near-sighted, but, out of curiosity more
than anything else, what is the general max single tonguing speed of
professional players. Of course, this assumes that the notes are well
tongued and even. Is it even humanly possible to single tongue 16th
notes at quarter note = 200?!

Do you define single tonguing as the tongue hitting the reed (removal
actually) without using a syllable as single tonguing? There's a reason I
asked that question.
