That's funny. That's just the right answer!
My answer would have been: Is it humanly possible to run 1 mile in 1 minute?
It's sort of like when my younger pupils ask me what the highest note on the
clarinet is. Usually I will ask them what the highest number in math is.
Recently, a young beginner asked me and I just said I don't know. The pupil
was astounded, "What?! Don't you know all the notes yet?!"
