according to the Woodwind & Brasswind Catalogue:

the Leblanc LL is in the "Advanced Category" along side Clarinets like the
Yamaha YCL 64.
... so it is *NOT* a pro-line clarinet

the Buffet R-13 is in the "Professional/Artist Category"

WW&BW goes on to state "... features a rich full bodied tone quality and is
extremely expressive and responsive throughout the registers."
