They are both fine professional instruments. The LL model was quite a
popular professional grade horn for Leblanc so used ones do become available
from time to time. You can't really go wrong with either one assuming that
they are in comparable condition. Of course on the eBay auction, you cannot
easily determine the condition so if you bid, bid with the thought that you
may need to put in a lot more overhaul than the seller might indicate.

Different people like different playing characteristics so you cannot say
one is better than the other. If you can, try out a Buffet and a Leblanc
somewhere. Since so many people (especially those who are not heavy into
clarinets) have heard the Buffet name, it will probably go very high in the
bidding. In one case, I saw a used Buffet go for as much as mail order
companies sell new ones for. The LL is likely to go for a more reasonable
price.
