Try "Music for Three" Volume 3: Sacred Music, Spirituals, and Traditional
Jewish Pieces. The arrangements are for trio (or trio and keyboard/guitar) and
parts are interchangeable. For instance, you could use the following
instrumentation: Part 1 flute, Part 2 clarinet, Part 3 cello, and the
Keyboard/Guitar part for piano. I think each part is about $6.

Appropriate selections include Hallelujah Chorus from The Messiah and
Mozsart's Alleluia (Exsultate, Jubilate). There are some other selections that
are not especially Easter-oriented but are worth adding to your repertoire,
including Ave Maria (Schubert), Meditation from Thais (Massenet), and Agnus
Dei (Bizet).
