Well the original poster DID specify plastic and by indicating he was
considering the B-12 that would lead to the interpretation that he did not
want to jump all the way to a Greenline. Right now the choices in plastic
are either the student horns or the Greenline pro models. There isn't
anything in-between.

Why stick with Plastic?? The Wooden E-11 Buffet's are treated in oil
(soaked more) to be more anti-crack resistant then the R-13. In 17 years of
teaching, I have only had 3 students E-11's crack - and 2 were from the
same person (one being that she pushed on the register tube much too hard
while assembling a stuck barrel, and it cracked directly above that-DUH).
For about $200 more, you can be playing silver keys with the E-11 then the
B-10.
