if there are (other?) Polish speakers on the list.

In any case, I don't speak Polish but my first lang is Czech. In
Czech, "Vyjatek z muziky od Konrada Wallenwoda" would mean
(literally) "an extract from music of [by] Konrad Wallenwod", though
with the "do" replaced by "z" instead of "od" it could mean "from
the Opera/ballet/suite named Konrad Wallenwod".
