If you are in a hurry and your local store doesn't have this book, most band
instrument stores will have the Ruband ADVANCED Method books or the COMPLETE
Klose Method Book. These come with extensive fingering charts (altissimo G
has 10 possibilities). The Rubank has a really convenient trill chart in
the middle (quick, how do you trill clarion Ab to Bb easily). These volumes
also have a wealth of study material in them.

Of course you should still get the Ridenour book.
