Dear folks waiting for tapes,

The problem with mailing ClarinetFest 1998 tapes is with the people
(outside OSU) that recorded the conference and are now making cassette
copies. They have been very slow, despite a good deal of encouragement, in
providing the copies for us to mail. Once the cassette is at OSU we mail
within a few days.

Again, I apologize for the delay and I can assure you that our attitude
toward this is not casual.
