It is currently available only on vinyl, if at all, I believe. It was
recorded in 1980 and I believe that it was the first NMA recording, am I
right Dan?

There is a plan to release it on CD some time within the year. Chris Weait,
Professor of Bassoon at Ohio State and the brains behind the Toronto
Chamber Winds is working with the label, Cristal Records, to have the
masters re-done and the recorded material expanded. He is planning to add
to the CD the Mozart fragment for clarinet and 3 basset horns completed by
Flothuis. BTW, the clarinettists on the recording are James Campbell and
Gwillym Williams. A number of the players in the Toronto Chamber Winds are
from the Toronto Symphony.

A collectors item, hearing Dan Lesson play the inner voices in the coda of
the Romanza. Dan guided us and encouraged us through the improv. We were
all just another bunch of uptight classical players before that recording.
Our lives were forever changed and most of us are moonlighting playing
classical jazz improv now.
