Mark, great idea and thanks. Let me send you the file in 2 days or
so (I'm 20 miles away from it right now)--TeX and DVI--but I'll
change it to use normal Times for text, rather than our dept set-up
of special TeX fonts that take up oodles of space in PDF. Maybe by
then I'll fill in the full citation to the right page in the Lawson
book....*that's* 600 miles away right now. If you have a copy
(Cambridge Companion to Clarinet), do you happen to know the name of
the Chapter written by Tony? A kind soul has already written to me
that it's p.121.
